Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products (e.g., stamp designs, printable templates), which are intangible and delivered instantly, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on digital purchases. Please ensure you have reviewed the product description and technical specifications before completing your order.

Physical Products
If you have purchased a physical product, you may be eligible for a return under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: The item must be in its original, unused, and unopened condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.

  • Timeframe: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at ale@euyalexsell.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with the return address and instructions.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective physical product, please contact us at ale@euyalexsell.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos/video of the damage or defect. We will evaluate the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund.
